Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to support our logistics operations and serve as a point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:

Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Providing information on shipment status, delivery times, and tracking

Assisting with questions about shipping documents, customs formalities, and logistics processes

Close collaboration with internal departments (warehouse, dispatching, shipping) to resolve customer issues

Recording and maintaining customer data in the system

Documentation and follow-up of customer complaints

Proactively informing customers about delays or changes

What you bring:

Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the logistics industry, is an advantage

Friendly and professional demeanor

Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with people

Solution-oriented mindset and resilience even in stressful situations

Good English skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)

Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel)

Organizational talent and careful working style
