We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer (m/f/d) to strengthen our IT team. You will:

Develop and maintain backend services that power our logistics platform

Design and implement reliable REST APIs and service integrations

Work closely with frontend developers, product owners, and operations teams

Optimize database queries and data workflows for speed and stability

Improve system performance, scalability, and security across environments

Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production

What you bring:

Solid professional experience in backend development

Strong knowledge of at least one backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or C#)

Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and API design best practices

Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD workflows is a plus

Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style

Very good English communication skills
